Kindergarten News for April 12th-April 16th

This week, we will continue the unit called "City Gardens & Country Farms". Your child will learn about farms & the foods that farmers provide from plants & animals. In math, we will learn about counting, addition & subtraction, double digit numbers, sequencing numbers, making combinations of numbers, & patterns.

• May 24th - Kindergarten Graduation
• May 25th - Last day of school

Monday

• Read to or with your child for 10-15 minutes.
• Complete Math Home Link "Combinations for 10" & count to 100 by 1's.
• Have your child read Tubb the Cub & complete the activities on the Read & Respond card.
• Practice reading flashcard words.

Tuesday - Early out 1:00 p.m.

• Read to or with your child for 10-15 minutes.
• Complete Math Home Link "Subtract from 10" & count backwards from 10.
• Have your child read Tubb the Cub & complete the activities on the Read & Respond card.
• Practice reading flashcard words.

Wednesday

• Read to or with your child for 10-15 minutes.
• Complete math page "Adding" & count to 100 by 10's.
• Have your child read Tubb the Cub & complete the activities on the Read & Respond card.
• Practice reading flashcard words.

Thursday

• Read to or with your child for 10-15 minutes.
• Complete the dot-t0-dot "Who's Watching" & count to 100 by 1's.
• Have your child read Tubb the Cub & complete the activities on the Read & Respond card.
• Practice reading flashcard words.

Friday

• No homework!
